 Q: What privacy implications does such a feature have?
 hidden service connections will likely go over the same node for a
 particular hs.
 Q: Is it a bad idea to discard slow circuits towards Tor HS and keep only
 fast ones?
 For every Client the slow circuits can be other based on geo locations. As
 slow means also latency.
