Comment:

 It's kinda hard to assign reviews in the midweek, so I did a review
 myself.

 There are currently lots of open comments on the pad, that ideally should
 be wiped or crossed-out to make sure they've been considered/resolved.

 Also, perhaps this should go to the blog sooner-than-later to actually be
 able to see it's final form, and discuss structure etc.?
