Comment:

 I actually think the blending in is a feature not a bug. First of all we
 strongly recommend not using Firefox and Tor Browser in parallel as you
 might easily mess up the protections Tor Browser is giving you in that
 scenario. Even if we made Tor Browser more different layout-wise. Thus, we
 won't optimize Tor Browser for that scenario.

 Additionally, it might be worthwhile if someone in an Internet cafe can't
 spot from further away whether you are using Tor Browser as this alone
 might be problematic in some circumstances. Thus, having a look like a
 normal Firefox is appealing in this scenario.

 That said this is a duplicate of #10399.
