 I talked to a Windows user today on #tor who uses a screen reader and was
 reporting that Tor Browser 8 doesn't work for them. They reported that the
 Firefox ESR does work for them.

 I guess it's because Firefox ESR is built with clang, and we want to build
 with mingw, for reproducible build purposes?

 In any case, count another user affected by this bug.
