 I do not have all of the background on this problem, but a few months ago
 we talked about embedding the Torbutton files directly in the browser
 (instead of installing as an extension). Is that still a possibility,
 maybe something that could be done by taking the Torbutton XPI, unzipping
 it, and putting the files in the right place (probably not that simple, I
 know).
