 It would be great to show the log in the network dialogue directly when
 tor repeatedly fails to start. sample from #tor:
 > the other day I was using Tor browser and it froze. I did a force quit.
 Then when trying to reopen it I got the following: Tor unexpectedly
 exited. This might be due to a bug in Tor itself, another program on your
 system, or faulty hardware. Until you restart Tor, the Tor Browser will
 not able to reach any websites. If the problem persists, please send a
 copy of your Tor Log to eh support team. Restarting Tor will not close
 your browser tabs. ---
 > I restarted it and same message. Quit and repeated the process. Same
 message. Then I deleted Tor and downloaded it from the website again for a
 clean install. Same issue. Tried cleaning caches, and all possible folders
 for another clean install and nothing. Same message keeps popping up.
