 I see we are using the gradle option `--offline`. Should we mention this
 option in `how-to-create-gradle-dependencies-list.txt`?

 I'm also wondering how easy it would be to enable this option in the
 firefox build to make sure we don't download gradle dependencies during
 the build (although #25623 would also help for that).
