 I noticed Matt making changes to hard-coded email addresses in bridgedb.
 It sure seems smart to instead have a role alias that points to the
 current maintainers.

 We plan to call it 'bridgedb-admin' unless somebody has a smarter idea
 here.

 And we plan to put Matt and me and somebody-from-the-network-team on it.

 I am cc'ing asn and ahf so they can tell us who-from-the-network-team is
 the lucky winner.

 (Once we have our actual plan, we can transition this ticket into being a
 sysadmin ticket.)
