 OK, glossary uploaded after #28444 got fixed (thanks irl!).

 Please submit patches to the tor-glossary repository with corrections, or
 ask me how to do it if you don't feel confident to do so.

 (It is a csv file that is easily opened with LibreOffice calc and you can
 change the words there)
