Comment:

 Requests for changes to permissions need to have gpg clearsigned
 descriptions wrapped as a code block with 3 braces.

 To complete this, we'll need to create a new LDAP account for Peter Height
 first.

 Please follow the steps detailed at
 ​https://help.torproject.org/tsa/doc/accounts/#new-account and indicate in
 this ticket when the account has been created.

 If you can update the description with a gpg-signed version I can create
 the repository at least for now.
