 I updated my branch:

 https://github.com/igortoliveira/torbutton/commits/25013-v2

 - Added a symlink dir from en to en-US
 - Removed bug component from moz.build
 - Removed the locale hack from the jar.mn file
 - Instead of a system extension, now it is a feature extension
