 The MOZILLA_OFFICIAL export executes some tasks that handles dependencies
 in a different way. Basically the build just fails with missing artifacts,
 rather than trying to download them. Many of these artifacts are in
 different repositories than we were using on the first list of
 dependencies.

 Its tedious tracking each dependency through manually so I'm looking for
 an easier way to handle this.
