 I did not even get that far. The build is breaking earlier for me
 following your steps (during the `webrtc` build). The log ends with:

 Unable to load:
   /var/tmp/build/webrtc/src/third_party/winsdk_samples/BUILD.gn
 I also checked in the secondary tree for:
 /var/tmp/build/webrtc/src/build/secondary/third_party/winsdk_samples/BUILD.gn

 What am I missing?
