submodule-update` followed by `rbm/rbm build go-webrtc --target testbuild
--target torbrowser-windows-x86_64`; this first builds `webrtc` and then
tries to link it with `go-webrtc`, at which point you will see an error.
I did not even get that far. The build is breaking earlier for me
following your steps (during the `webrtc` build). The log ends with:
