 I also pushed another commit on that branch for replacing
 nsIScriptableDateFormat. I think we can use toLocaleString() directly
 (instead of using Intl.DateTimeFormat()), but I'll update the branch and
 use Intl.DateTimeFormat() if there's a reason.
