Comment:

 Unfortunately there is no way to single out specific preferences and
 prevent them from being enforced given our current model of setting them.
 So they are enforced for all users, other than specific ones that can be
 changed through TorBirdy's preferences.

 If you are an advanced user, you can package your own XPI by removing the
 OCSP lines from `components/torbirdy.js` and then running `make`
 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbirdy.git).
