 Often is cheaper, easier and faster to print Tor stickers in places where
 Tor meetings, meetups and gatherings are taking place rather than shipping
 them to anywhere.

 This ticket is about creating a how to process on how to print the
 stickers where to find the resources and some possible places where you
 could print them.
