 If the Tor Browser folks can say here what the right user agents are, then
 we'll be closer to fixing this bug.

 Unless the right fix is to abandon the "check user agent to see if it's
 really tor browser" feature in Check, now that there will be many user
 agents? (Seems like we want to keep it if we can, especially with the new
 browsers that are integrating with Tor.)
