 We have a mailing list called "funding":
 https://lists.torproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/funding
 which is listed from
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/emailLists#AdministrativeLists

 We haven't used it in some years. I sent mail to it in February warning
 people we would delete it, and got no response. So I think now it is time
 to delete it. :)

 We can discard the archives too.
