Comment:

 I believe this to be out-of-scope for the Tor Browser User Manual.

 This may fit in with the website FAQ, however I don't think this would
 make sense in the user manual as manually editing your torrc is generally
 not encouraged / can break things for unfamiliar Tor Browser users.
