 This looks good to me. I'm not in cc to bug 1413868, but I see commits
 `a00c8760688e7b13dee6f8f8f7783a1f810e3e74` and
 `8576ec941203b8e0cc2436b257c0fb8b81c0fb3b` are adding this pref that we
 want to set to true.
