 As of consensus method 27, IPv6 addresses are present in the
 microdescriptor consensus:

 As of 28, they are absent from microdescriptors:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/tree/dir-spec.txt#n1475

 (The public tor network is currently producing consensuses with method
 28.)

 So can you please add or_addresses to RouterStatusEntryMicroV3?

 We don't need this feature for anything in particular, but people who use
 microdescriptors might be surprised that or_addresses is empty in the
 microdesc, and there is no corresponding field in the consensus.
