Comment:

 boklm, what's the current state of our "submit new tor browser releases to
 the antivirus companies so they aren't surprised when we release" plans?
 Do we auto submit stuff to virustotal? Does that autosubmit reach
 everybody, or are there places like Webroot that aren't reached?
