 When loading Google News, the Slow Script warning is triggered every time
 the page is loaded. Is this because the timeout is too low and loading the
 page over Tor exceeds the threshold every time? Is there something else we
 can do for tuning this for a better user experience?

 We can start by looking at `nsGlobalWindowInner::SlowScriptResponse()` in
 dom/base/nsGlobalWindowInner.cpp and see when it's called and why.
