Comment:

 Local tests pass! I squashed all commits related to this change, updated
 the change log, updated `build.xml` to use metrics-lib 2.2.0, updated
 copyrights, rebased to master, and pushed. I'll run some more tests with
 files from webstats.tp.o, but I'll open new tickets in case I run into any
 bugs. Closing. Thanks! :)
