Comment (by teor):

 It would be great to have a spell check in "make check". But it has to be
 optional, because not everyone has go installed.
 (Is there a tool that doesn't require an entire go runtime?)

 It's probably best to open another ticket, we'll get confused if there are
 two patches in here.
