 the tor browser hasn't been working properly for months and continues to
 have errors I can't even report the errors because whenever I try to log
 in or register a new username the internet continues to have errors and
 doesn't allow me to log in or register I'm going to download a programme
 that can report the log file and send it to your programmers as I don't
 know that much about programming I hope what I do works. When I copy the
 tor log clipboard it usually says 0 now it's saying 1000 I know these
 numbers are incorrect I will log back into this ticket to update the
 programmers on the results of the programme I download to report the tor
 log file. When I ran the tor browser compatibility test it states that the
 tor browser needs to close the old tor browser when the old tor browser is
 already closed also I have had error messages saying failed to take
 control of tor the version I am running is 7.0.11
