 I would like to be able to link to maps that have "Consensus weight vs
 bandwidth" selected. But I don't know if it's possible. For example,
 https://atlas.torproject.org/#map/flag:Exit shows exits, but if I want
 consensus weight vs bandwidth, I have to take a screenshot.

 If it is not, please provide a way to create a URL that goes straight to
 one of the map options.

 If it is, please make it more discoverable.
