Comment:

 The circuit display says which circuit got used to load the webpage. If
 you are on tab1 and reload it using a new circuit it's not surprising that
 the same webpage in tab2 shows the old circuit information (unless it has
 some dynamic elements that reload at least parts of the website).

 I am not a fan of automatically reloading all the respective tabs in case
 they share the domain of the webpage in the focused tab which got reloaded
 over a new circuit.

 Thus, I think this is working as expected. If you think we should reword
 things to make this more obvious feel free to reopen the ticket
 (suggestions are welcome!).
