 Have we ever had a process for what happens to inactive/retired lists?
 Maybe we could have a separate section below which links to inactive lists
 and their archives.

 For now in this format, we could indicate in tor-news and news-team
 descriptions (inactive) and link to their archives:

 news-team archives | Tor Weekly News coordination list (inactive)
