 tutorial 'Prerequisites'] section should mention the possible heap space
 requirements of metrics-lib (see also
 [https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/metrics-
 team/2018-February/000667.html metrics-team post]).

 Also keep in mind the results of #20395.
