 I think the reason is that preferences `network.http.accept-encoding` and
 `network.http.accept-encoding.secure` have different values, and which one
 is used depends on whether the website uses https or http.

 In the "acceptable" values we are assuming that fpcentral is accessed with
 https, but it is not the case with the .onion address.
