Comment:

 The bridges+hs-v2 issue is in chutney/tools/test-network.sh. The fix was
 merged to chutney master in chutney bd12413.

 The mixed+hs-v2 fix is in my bug27345-032 branch on
 https://github.com/teor2345/tor.git

 It's a chutney network name change, but the networks are identical.
