 It is also mentioned under #ConfigureRelayOrBridge:

 And #torrc had:
 > If you installed Tor Browser on Windows or Linux, look for
 <code>Browser/TorBrowser/Data/Tor/torrc</code> inside your Tor Browser
 directory.
