Comment:

 Unfortunately I had somehow missed the use of
 `mozIntl.getCalendarInfo(...)` in the date-time picker code. :(

 Here's a patch for review. It uses the "en-US" locale for the date/time
 picker when privacy.spoof_english == 2.
