 Hi lovely sysadmin folks. Could we please drop the tor-arm package from
 deb.torproject.org?

 https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/pool/main/t/tor-arm/

 We've had a couple users request for the nyx deb [1] to be there, but
 probably causes more confusion then help to continue including our old,
 deprecated package.
