important: I am running TBB installed through torbrowser-launcher in
openSUSE which comes with an AppArmor profile. Now I tried downloading the
official Tor browser and in it I can play video with audio. So I suppose
that should be reported to openSUSE?

Could be, yes. Let us know when you find out what is actually causing this
and how to work around it. Meanwhile I'd say this is not a Tor Browser
bug.
