 The Azure CDn configuration started working today. I attached a revised
 patch. Because of Amazon's recent [https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/security
 /enhanced-domain-protections-for-amazon-cloudfront-requests/ blog post
 hostile to domain fronting], I propose we go with the Azure configuration
 as the default.

 Please test: `tor -f torrc SocksPort auto`
