 Over the past few weeks, it's been harder to view youtube videos over tor.

 Using the Tor Browser I'm sometimes able to view the first 10 minutes of a
 video and then an error would occur and I get the TV static image and a
 prompt from the torbrowser about allowing the canvas or something.

 With youtube-dl I keep getting ERROR: unable to download video data: HTTP
 Error 403: Forbidden.

 As far as I can tell, popular youtube channel videos aren't getting
 blocked yet.

 What's going on?
