Comment:

 You could take the supported Firefox ESR series (which Tor Browser is
 based on) (see: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/).
 I guess you need the camera for some WebRTC stuff. But the latter has
 inherent risks of bypassing Tor and aiding in user tracking which is why
 we currently have this disabled. So, it won't work in Tor Browser and
 there is currently no plan to fix that.
