 Now that stem has ORPort support, we can connect to the relay's ORPort(s)
 and DirPort, and check they all return descriptors for the same relay.(One
 common misconfiguration is having one port reachable, and the others
 unreachable, and it's not always IPv6 that's unreachable.)
