 There has been discussions in the past (in person, and in tickets such as
 #15140) for creating a mailing list for Tor users, members and volunteers
 that speak Spanish. I proposed this in tor-project mailing list and it
 seems other people agree (or at least, no one disagrees).

 I would like to ask for tor-lang-es. It would be a public list, and I
 offer to administer it. I know the name of the list had been a point of
 discussion in the past, so I am open for other suggestions.
