Comment:

 The current installation contained an Apache configuration which pointed
 to a local `htdocs` directory. However we're using trac as a Debian
 package. This has the `htdocs` in `/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
 packages/trac/htdocs/`. I changed the Apache config accordingly. The above
 mentioned images plus some other load now.
