Comment (by nickm):

 `current-time/local` and `current-time/utc` sound useful.  `current-
 time/consensus` is probably a misnomer, since that wouldn't tell you the
 current time, but only a lower-bound on the current time.

 Probably just the first two, though, would be a good start.
