 I'm not 100% sure there.  Looking at a diff between buffers.c in 0.3.1 and
 0.3.2, I see no changes to flush_chunk() (except changing the name of a
 function that it calls), and no changes to flush_buf() (except renaming
 it).  I've looked for any changes in the call-sites, and I don't see any
 (except the rename as mentioned above).

 Oh, wait! I think I see it!  Single_conn_free_bytes!

 One sec; writing a patch.
