 There are a few things to fix in navigation but I have applied the mockup:
 http://37.218.240.202

 Also  the subscribe is working and posting to civi. The confirmation pages
 are still living on civi, but I think we could ask giant rabbit to
 redirect to the newsletter and we could make confirmation pages?
