 I want a pref that's the equivalent of doing something like:
 {{{
 pref("extensions.torbutton.donation_banner2017.shown_count", 50);
 }}}

 That will apply to all future donation banners.  The only time I let Tor
 Browser actually write to the user profile directory at all is one launch
 per update, so the banner will get stuck on since the browser is incapable
 of writing back the counter.
