Comment:

 In the long run we have the plan to make metrics-web more manageable as
 for example Onionoo or CollecTor, i.e. with its own embedded jetty and no
 scripts etc. (there are several tickets about that).
 The setup process should be designed in order to be easy and complexities
 should rather be untangled instead of hidden away by providing a setup
 image or the like.

 Thus, providing a vagrant file or similar are not in scope currently.
