 We currently don't install the `liblzma-dev` package in the container we
 use for building tor, so we probably don't have support enabled.

 I am wondering if most linux distributions have `liblzma5` installed by
 default, or if we should include it in the bundle.

 For the Windows build, we will probably need to build it ourself (like
 zlib).
