 "Enabled change details" = "Change details is okay"
 what details? = distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
 Enabled = you are different than others = identifiable = danger

 Why not say:
 [X] Prevent any changes that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users

 OR

 [X] Let me change something that distinguish you from other Tor Browser

 Now, which is correct?
