Comment:

 We fixed the issues that were mentioned in comment:36.
 We also fixed a problem that would sometimes cause the wizard buttons to
 have the wrong labels, etc. when an error occurred while the progress
 panel was in the process of opening. As before, there are three commits:

 (there were no changes to the middle one in this round).

 I will also attach a diff that shows everything that was changed between
 our -02 and -03 branches.
